- Sitting Posture or Lalita Asana (ललिता आसन): Lord Ganesh's sitting posture, Lalita Asana, represents his involvement in our worldly affairs. His foot resting on the ground symbolizes harmony and protection. This posture reminds us that Lord Ganesh guides us through life's challenges.
