Discoveries along my path
This is my very first blog. Since my childhood I was never ever interested in writing. Rather I hated writing. This showed in my exams where I ended up getting low marks in writing essays and stuff. But while growing up I started liking writing. I started penning my thoughts, sometimes even in poetic forms. And surprisingly I write quite well! Likewise I am fond of love stories, romance, relationships and so on.
Here is one of my write up, namely The REAL love story!
"The real love story was, is and will always be you and you! It was how you walked alone through your hard times and learned what you needed to carry. It was how you began through your own beauteous eyes, and not someone else's. It was how you began to dig joy our from beneath your cynicism, how you slowly built your desires into form. It was how you learned what you what you like and don't, and what you came here to do.
The actual love story was always how you opened your heart to yourself!"
So happy to know you are discovering what truly gives you joy. Pursuing it will be a holiday for life ;)

DeleteBeautiful. Like how V. Rajagopal Bhat maam has said in one of his discourses, we come alone and we go alone. The best company that we have is ourself...whether in a crowd or in solitude.

ReplyDeleteHi, Thankyou Nandini! 🥰
DeleteAmazing. I remember in my teens, undergrad days, the validation from opposite gender did matter to me. However, one thing I always did was to keep working on myself grow everyday and be a beautiful human being first. Today in my mid 20s I am no longer insecure and I have realized no attention can compensate for self love that is accepting yourself wholeheartedly. As a woman, that's my piece of advice to you too❤️
ReplyDeleteTruly 🤗
